THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH HILLTOP LAKES RESORT ON-LINE SERVICES OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.
These Terms & Conditions primarily rule our conduct and reservations, with
the intention of making things common for you, but also protect HOTEL BOOKINGS
and ON-LINE SERVICES from prohibitive administrative costs.
Your use of this website information and documents, is conditioned on your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions without any modification contained herein. By accessing our website, you agree to our Terms & Conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you agree not to the use the On-Line Services site.
GENERAL
On-Line Services are offered to you for your personal use only. You agree that the services provided by this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not be used for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. None of the contents in this website may be reproduced, modified, copied, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, transferred, or sold without the written permission of the Property Owners Association of Hilltop Lakes, Inc. (the association). You will receive confirmatory notification to inform you with whom your reservation or purchase contract is made, in some cases it will be the On-Lines Services site in other cases it will be a third party where the On-Line Services site, is acting on its behalf. If there are any changes or cancellations to the details supplied by you (reservation or purchase request and your profile) it is your responsibility to inform On-Line Services site as soon as possible.

All contents of this website are copyrighted (2019) by the On-Line Services site, and trademarks of the On-Line Services site. All other products, services, and/or company names mentioned herein are used for identification purposes only and may be trademarks of their respective owners.

The On-Line Services site, ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THIS SITE OR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, OR IMAGES FROM THE SITE.
You hereby release the On-Line Services site and the Association from any liability for any injuries, losses, claims, damages or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from On-Line Services site. The On-Line Services site does not guarantee the availability and/or quality of products and/or services, accuracy of information provided by third parties.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the On-Line Services site, and the Association and their officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material (including Software) or your breach of the terms of this agreement or inaccuracy of information or the availability and/or quality of products and/or services provided by third parties the On-Line Services site shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.

The On-Line Services site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties, hereinafter such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. The On-Line Services site does not control such websites and is not responsible for their contents. The On-Line Services site inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.
PRIVACY POLICY
Because your privacy is important to us, we guarantee the privacy of the members. All personal information that is collected from the members shall only be used by the On-Line Services site, in which we may disclose personal information only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such an action is necessary.
FORCE MAJEURE
Includes war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule, or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond the Association’s control.
ALTERATION
The On-Line Services site reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms & Conditions under which our website is presented without your consent. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use and/or access to the On-Line Services site website following changes to this Terms & Conditions will mean that you accept those changes.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the state laws of Texas.
Cancellation Policy
Mirror Lake Inn, Hillside Villas & Indian Woods Campground
Standard Rate:
The cancellation is free of charge 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, after
this time we charge you 90% the room rate or campground rate as
cancellation fee.
Group booking ( 3 rooms and more ):
Guests booking more than 2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of
the booking in advance. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of
arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of
no-show, 90% of the reservation will be charged.
Important information:
- All rooms are non-smoking
- No pets allowed
- Check in is 3:00 PM
- Check out is 12:00 PM
- Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: The Welcome Center, 3 Hilltop Blvd. 936 – 855 – 2222
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
All
rates are subject to change, reservations, unless otherwise stated, do not
guarantee a rate.
