Location: #2 Holster Hwy Hilltop Lakes, TX 77871

• HLEA Stables are leased from the Hilltop Lakes Property Owners Association, and as such are available (upon application approval) for the use of Hilltop Lakes’ full-time residents who desire to board a horse in the stable facility 
• HLEA is a cooperative system, solely maintained and run by individual horse owners in the stables
• Each Boarder is expected to assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the facility and attend scheduled workdays
• Boarding fees are $75/month which includes assigned stall and pasture
• This is a self-care facility.  All boarders are required to provide 100% daily care for their own horses (including feeding, watering, cleaning stalls, and providing hay).  This includes repairs too.
• Horses brought onto HLEA property must provide in advance: (Note: All records must be dated within the last 12 months)

o   Copy of current negative Coggins/EIA (Equine Infectious Anemia) test result

o   Copy of current shot records including:

• Equine Influenza EIV (Clade 1 and Clade 2)
• Rhinopneumonitis/Equine Herpes (EHV-1 and EHV-4)
• Equine Encephalomyelitis EEE/WEE (sleeping sickness) - Eastern & Western
• West Nile Virus
• Tetanus
• Rabies
• Overnight boarding is available (based on availability)
