Solicitation of Candidates
The Nominations and Elections Committee would like to announce that any property owner interested in
becoming a candidate for the 2025 election for positions on the Board of Directors for the Property
Owners’ Association of Hilltop Lakes, Inc. should complete the “Candidate Filing Form 2025” and the
“Board of Directors Release” form.
Potential candidates may request the forms by calling the Welcome Center (936-855-2222) to request
the forms be e-mailed or by picking them up at the Welcome Center during normal business hours.
Once completed and signed, the documents must be to the Welcome Center for submission to the
Nominations and Elections Committee in any of the following ways: 1) in person at the Welcome Center,
2) via USPS (addressed to the Nominations & Elections Committee), or 3) scanned and e-mailed to
ruby.butler@hilltoplakes.com.
In order to be considered for candidacy, the forms must be received by Welcome Center staff no later
than 5 p.m., October 7, 2025.
