Hello to all my friends and neighbors of Hilltop Lakes, I'm interested in running for the open position on our community POA Board. I would like to tell you all a little bit about me and what I stand for as we continue our journey in this ever changing world we live in today. I come from a large family of eight brothers and one sister, and family values are the dearest thing to me. My wife Kim and I have been married for 35 years, we have raised two beautiful children (twins). My son (Chris) who works for the University of Mary Hardin of Baylor in Belton, and my daughter (Sadie) who lives here at Hilltop Lakes with her husband Steve, she works for Kelsey-Seybold. We have been part of Hilltop Lakes since the 90's, we all love this place that we now call home. We recently built a new home here about two years ago, the building process working with the POA was challenging at times and some improvements have been made since then. I do think we can do better for our new home owners as we continue to improve our community. I'm winding down my long career working in the natural gas industry. I started working as a contractor in July of 1976 and work there for 9 years performing maintenance on Lone Star Gas Co. facilities, and then went to work for Lone Star Gas Co. which today is known as Atmos Energy. I've held numerous position while working as a crew leader for construction and in the service area performing services for our customer each and everyday. Today I still work for Atmos Energy as a Town Operator which I'm involved in working with home owners and public officials in the towns I operate in. I operate in Madisonville, Centerville, Normangee. North Zulch, Leona, and Iola to ensure we provide great customer service to our community we serve. I hope to bring my experience with me to this POA and serve as a POA member with the same integrity that I show to my customers each day. I hope to bring a level of customer service to our property owners when concerns or issues are being brought to light. In my opinion, you should be able to give a person or group a response and keep them informed to ensure that no question goes unanswered. I have previously served on various committees in my prior HOA communities. I am hoping to be elected to serve our community. I am asking for your vote at the upcoming election, thank you.

Best,

Dennis Freerksen
