Billy is a graduate of  Northwood High School, Shreveport La, in 1976. He attended Louisiana Tech University for 1 year before entering the oil field. From 1976 – 1985 Billy worked for AMF Tuboscope, the last 3 years of his career working with AMF Tuboscope as District Manager in Bryan Texas office.

In 1985 Billy entered the residential construction industry, then began his own company. Over 15 years as a General Contractor for new home builds and remodel projects, he built numerous homes in Hilltop Lakes and the Lake Limestone area.

Billy’s wife Sherry has been a registered nurse for 30 years, they enjoyed her travel nursing path for approximately 12 years.

Billy and Sherry bought a house in Hilltop in Dec 2020. Billy is involved with the Hilltop Volunteer Fire Department, on the Water Department board and Vice President of the MGA.
