Post Office Announcement

Dear Boxholders,
We would like to inform you of how our delivery process works. Hilltop Lakes Post office does not currently have a scanner, therefore when you get an alert that your package has been delivered to your P.O box it is being scanned in Normangee. Once all packages are scanned in Normangee they must be packaged for delivery to Hilltop Lakes Post office. The truck usually runs between 9am-10 am but occasionally runs later due to uncontrollably circumstances. Once the truck arrives at the Hilltop Lakes Post Office we still must go through the process of writing down and sorting every package. We work very hard to get things done in a timely manner and ensure accuracy so please be respectful of all our post office employees.
