Present: Rocky Walker, Melody Vidaurri, Rene Castilla, Floyd Garrison, Dene Huettel, Dee Kirk, Ron Ryder, Connie Saxton and newly-elected Steve Brodine
Absent: Ray Vogt and Joe Bledsoe
- CALL TO ORDER-OPEN SESSION-By President Walker
- APPROVAL OF AGENDA
III. OLD BUSINESS
- DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION-Purchase of Backhoe-Vice-President Vidaurri motioned
to table the backhoe for later discussion and vote until after the new board members
come on and our budget is proposed and send the leased one back as soon as possible.
Director Kirk seconded her motion and the vote was unanimous.
- NEW BUSINESS
- DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION-Employee Health Insurance-Vice-President Vidaurri
motioned to accept the Humana Co-Pay Option #8 at $135,490. Director Kirk seconded her
motion and vote was unanimous.
Director Garrison motioned to adjourn; Director Kirk seconded. Meeting was adjourned by
