COVID-19 & HTL

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, the POA Board of Directors has implemented precautions and protocols to keep our staff and members safe. While our offices are currently open, and our staff have implemented more frequent and thorough cleaning schedules, we ask that you limit your visits to the office. We will monitor CDC guidance and ensure our business practices are consistent with the most current recommendations and directives. The board will meet soon to determine the most prudent path forward, including potential cancellation of upcoming events.  Given the CDC guidance to limit gatherings to no more than 10 people, we are exploring alternative methods to both meet and keep property owners informed.  We will use multiple forms of communication (e-mail, notice at POA buildings, social media, etc.) to ensure information is shared as much as while we experience this unprecedented situation.
