*As this is a Town Hall Meeting and not a Board Meeting, no decisions will be taken.
This meeting is being held to gather input from property owners on two topics – the intended result is that Board Members have input from property owners before taking decisions (vote) on the two very important and impactful areas. Therefore, the primary focus for this town hall will be gathering perspective of property owners with respect to the proposed Bylaw changes published in mid-April and how to fund capital needs moving forward (many needs that currently exist as well as some not yet fully understood).
The Board of Directors will consider all input prior to taking decisions on either of these topics in a future Board of Directors’ Meeting.
