November 16, 2018
EMERGENCY MEETING @ 9:00 A. M. – WELCOME CENTER CONFERENCE ROOM
Present: Rocky Walker, Melody Vidaurri, Ron Ryder, Dee Kirk, Dene Huettel, Floyd Garrison and Connie Saxton.
Absent: Ray Vogt, Joe Bledsoe, Rene Castilla
Emergency meeting was called to discuss:
1) Restaurant Contract
2) Health Insurance Options
Restaurant Contract: Vice-President Vidaurri motioned to change the term lease of the restaurant contract from two (2) years to five (5) years. Director Kirk seconded the motion and vote was unanimous.
The health insurance option voted on previously had the wrong monthly rate (rate was actually $45 a month per employee higher). Director Kirk motioned to approve Option 19 with Humana; Vice-President Vidaurri seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Director Garrison motioned to adjourn; Vice-President Vidaurri seconded. Meeting was adjourned.
