Architectural Control Administrator

A full-time position with benefits is available in the Business Office at the POA of Hilltop Lakes, Inc. This position is for an ACC Administrator. Variety of duties include, but not limited to assisting the Architectural Control Committee in processing applications for permits and ensuring compliance with deed restrictions, working as liaison between property owners and the ACC, also preparing reports for ACC meetings and creating violation letters.  Must be able to multitask, have computer skills, knowledgeable with MS Word and Excel, QuickBooks is a plus. Must be able interact with staff and property owners in a professional manner and confidentiality is a must concerning all aspects of this job.
