This meeting is being held to solicit input and feedback from property owners concerning capital improvement/investment needs within the POA & options for funding the needs. Decisions on both improvements and funding will be made after receiving feedback from property owners and having additional discussion in a board of directors meeting.

Dear Property Owners,
The Board of Directors is hosting a Town Hall Meeting this Thursday evening to hear your input on a very important topic – capital investment, improvement & funding for our infrastructure and amenities. There are needs in many areas – examples include – dam repairs, road repairs & improvements, piers for the lakes, repairs/updates for several buildings, airstrip repairs, golf course sprinkler system replacement, equipment to support the operation of the motel & campgrounds, and equipment and vehicles for the maintenance departments to be able to perform their duties.
Don’t miss the opportunity for your voice to be heard regarding the important decisions that have the potential for tremendous positive impact for the assets of the Association.
Due to COVID-19, seating is limited in the meeting room, but virtual attendance is also an option via ZOOM. Property owners who choose to participate via ZOOM will be given the same opportunity to be heard as those who participate in person. The link to the ZOOM webinar is included in this e-mail and in the attached agenda. If you have not used ZOOM on your computer, tablet or smart phone, please be sure to set up the app ahead of time in order to avoid potential technical issues.
