2021 Capital Town Hall

HILLTOP LAKES – PROPERTY OWNERS’ TOWN HALL

Due to COVID-19 precautions – seating limited to 30 participants

MARCH 4, 2021 – 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

COMMUNITY CENTER & VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM

TOPIC – CAPITAL IMPROVMENTS, INVESTMENT & FUNDING OPTIONS

Reserve your seat by contacting staff at the Welcome Center – e-mail, phone, or stop by in person to sign up.  As this Town Hall is for Property Owners only, attendees will need to provide name, and property description (section, block & lot).

The purpose of this town hall is two-fold — sharing confidential information with Property Owners AND providing Property Owners an opportunity to provide input & feedback. This is a Town Hall, not a Board of Directors’ Meeting, therefore NO POA Board decisions will be made. As a property owner, this is your opportunity to provide input on potential improvements and investment in Hilltop Lakes.

To ensure the integrity of the process and give all property owners the opportunity to participate, the following ‘rules’ will apply:

*Sign up in advance is required for attendance (check-in will be required upon arrival for the town hall), as the number of participants is limited.  Sign up is on first come basis.

*In order to permit all property owners to participate, the town hall will be conducted via ZOOM as well.  Property owners participating via ZOOM will be given same opportunity to speak as if they were in person.

*Given the size of the gathering and the risks associated with COVID-19, ALL attendees must wear masks for the duration of the meeting, except when taking a turn to speak at the microphone.

*Due to the confidential nature of the subject (finances of the privately held corporation) – no recording/publishing of recording of the meeting other than via the ZOOM session administration is permitted.

*Structure – Approximately 25 minutes of information sharing by board members, followed by up to one hour of input/feedback from property owners.

*All documents shared by the board will be will be both onscreen in the Community Center and onscreen via ZOOM for remote attendees.
